My handthrown bowls and mugs are meant to be used in everyday life.  Rims are a little thicker to withstand the occasional bump.  All underglazes and final glazes are food safe.  My pots can be put into the dishwasher and the microwave.

I returned to throwing pottery after retiring from teaching in the Journalism/Broadcasting program at SUNY Brockport.  This is a journey of discovery for me with the focus being creating functional wares that grace a table, are a delight to hold and which bring a smile to the owner when used.

Please look through my website and browse the shop. I look forward to hearing from you!
